Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to love your CRYSTYN piece as much as we do. If something is not right, this policy outlines your options.

Returns

You may return any unworn, undamaged item within 5 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-returnable Items

• Custom or personalized pieces
• Items marked as final sale
• Earrings for hygiene reasons (unless defective)

Refund Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@crystyn.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refund Timeline

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been shipped. To cancel, please email hello@crystyn.com with your order number.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process above.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or piece, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Return shipping is free for domestic returns within India.
